| Description: | Hammond Bay Harbor is a harbor of refuge about 3 miles NW of Hammond Bay and 4 miles SE of Ninemile Point.
Mackinac Island, 0.6 mile NW of Round Island.
Cheboygan Harbor, serving the city of Cheboygan, Mich., is 2.5 miles SW of Cheboygan Point in the lower part of the Cheboygan River.
Mackinaw City, Mich.,isatown on Old Mackinac Point, the northernmost point of the lower peninsula of Michigan.
St. Ignace, Mich., is a resort community and ferry terminal in East Moran Bay on the N side of Graham
Point.
Waugoshance Point is a narrow strip of land jutting 2 miles W from the shoreline. Very shallow waters, rocks awash, and a group of small islands extend 3.5 miles W from the extremity of the point to just beyond Waugoshance Island.
